We secured Reserved Matters approval on behalf of Edenstone Homes for 93 homes north of Exeter, including a 9-hectare recreational Valley Park, play areas, and a community orchard.

Following outline approval at appeal, we engaged closely with planning officers and the Exeter Design Quality Partnership Panel to shape a high-quality, landscape-led scheme that fits sensitively within the city’s designated landscape setting.

Our proactive coordination and thorough understanding of the outline consent ensured approval in under five months. We continue to support delivery, including condition discharges and design refinements, leading to the opening of the new show home in October 2025
