Hotel Meudon, Cornwall

We secured a successful appeal decision allowing the development of 10 luxury residences and associated leisure facilities within the historic valley gardens of the Hotel Meudon. Situated within the Cornwall National Landscape, the project required careful management of heritage, ecological, and landscape sensitivities. The scheme will reinvigorate the hotel and restore the sub-tropical gardens, securing a sustainable future for this non-designated heritage asset. By presenting a balanced, evidence-based case, we demonstrated the wider economic and environmental benefits, overcoming strong local opposition and ensuring the long-term viability of this iconic coastal site.
